Wallpaper Paste Steps:
- Tools Preparation: Gather the necessary tools including a tape measure, ruler, utility knife, and rag.
- Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry before applying the wallpaper.
- Measure and Cut: Measure the required size using a tape measure and cut the wallpaper to the corresponding size using a ruler and utility knife, referencing the grid lines on the back of the wallpaper.
- Peel and Apply: Peel off the backing paper from one corner of the wallpaper and carefully fix it onto one corner of the object. Avoid removing all backing paper at once for a more precise application, and consider having two people work together for better results.
- Smooth and Press: Use a rag to press the wallpaper from top to bottom and from the middle to the sides while smoothing out any bubbles that may form during application.
- Addressing Bubbles: If bubbles appear on the surface after applying the wallpaper, gently pierce them with a needle and then press to remove the bubbles.
Notes:
- Wood wallpaper is not suitable for surfaces with residual water, oil, or dust. It is also not recommended for irregular or uneven surfaces.
